Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis appear to have fulfilled expectations and separated at last. Rumors began in January that Johnny and Vanessa were headed for a split. That is what RadarOnline was reporting about the couple, who have two children and have been together for more than ten years.
According to the website, the relationship between the 48-year-old Pirates of the Caribbean actor and the French singer, 39, was falling apart, and the two had been constantly arguing in the last few months.
“Johnny isn’t handling anything well right now,” said a source. “People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now. Their relationship is heading toward the end.”
But Vanessa came out and denied the claims… sort of. At the time the rumors were buzzing Vanessa made the cryptic remarks to Europe 1 Radio: When asked whether her 15 year relationship with Depp was kaput, Paradis said: “You know, when I eat three peas, I’m pregnant. When I visit a city, I’m buying a house. In the winter I separate, in the summer I marry. It’s been 15 years since I’ve been getting married every year. In addition I have to answer all these rumours!”
These rumors included speculation that Vanessa accused Johnny of sleeping with his co-star, Angelina Jolie, while filming The Tourist.

All of that was several months ago and talk of Johnny and Vanessa dissipated as hotter topics arose. But now we can report that the rumors seem well founded and their relationship is all over but the crying. Vanessa failed to attend her own son Jack’s 10th birthday party because Johnny was there! You just don’t skip your child’s birthday party unless you are at war with the father.

As if it wasn’t already clear that Johnny Depp is possibly the coolest dad in the world, and he proved it once and for all when he threw a wild birthday bash for his 10-year-old son, Jack, at SLS in LA on April 7. An insider says Depp, 48, shelled out more than $50,000 to entertain 500 friends in a ballroom that was turned into a giant arcade. And if that wasn’t quite enough, Marilyn Manson and Aerosmith also performed!
“It was crazy – especially for someone who was turning 10!” says the source. One person not there? Jack’s mom, Vanessa Paradis.
So it looks like Johnny and Vanessa are no more. Too bad for the kids – it seems like Johnny was trying to compensate for breaking off with Vanessa by distracting his son with this insane birthday bash. It won’t work Johnny.
